Mrs. Gail Wallace died this morning at 10'o'clock at her home 545 North A Street after a long illness, the cause of her death being consumption. Gail Struthers was born 15 March 1855 five miles northeast of Monmouth and had always made her home in the city or vicinity. She was joined in marriage to William E. Wallace 16 March 1876. He had died three years previous. There were left to mourn her death, her father Thomas Struthers, one son, Kyle Wallace of St. Louis, Missouri and a sister Mrs. Oliver Crosier. She was a member of the Presbyterian church and during her residence in the city had gained a wide circle of friends who will hear of her death with sorrow. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the late residence and the remains interred in the Monmouth Cemetery.
The Monmouth Review of 22 May 1906 reported that funeral services over the remains of Mrs. Gail Wallace, whose death occurred recently, were held that afternoon from her late residence 515 North A Street. Dr. W. R.. King of the Presbyterian church was in charge of the service which was held at 2:30. Interment was made in the Monmouth cemetery

Marilyn was born on March 8, 1930 in Empire, Ohio. She was a reside of Newhall, CA for 49 years and was a member of the 1st Presbyterian of Newhall for 42 years.
Marilyn is survived by her husband, Jerre H. Crosier of Newhall; her brother, Robert D. ST. JOHNSVILLE - Norma M. Corso, 58, of 11 Mechanic Street, St. Johnsville, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2001, at St. Mary's Hospital, Amsterdam, N.Y.
She was born August 31, 1942, in the Town of Minden, the daughter of Viola R. (Sanders) Johnson and the late Arnold B. Johnson. Norma was educated in St. Johnsville schools and lived her life in the St. Johnsville area.
Her marriage to Robert G. Corso took place on May 16, 1959, at St. Patrick's Church, St. Johnsville by Reverend Walter T. Burns.
For 35 years, Norma worked at Helmont Mills Inc. in St. Johnsville, where she last held the position of foreman.
Mrs. Corso was a member of St. Patrick's Church, and was a former member of the St. Johnsville Volunteer Fire Department, Ladies Auxiliary.
A loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother, Norma considered her family to be her foremost priority and gave her full attention to their needs and concerns.
Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Robert; her mother, Viola Johnson, St. Johnsville; two sons, Anthony Corso of Auriesville and Michael Corso and wife Merry of St. Johnsville; two brothers, Russell Johnson of Fonda, and Richard Johnson of St. Johnsville; four sisters, Irma Service of St. Johnsville, Shirley Bowerman of Ephratah, Rosie Crosier and husband Tim of St. Johnsville and Leona Johnson of Nelliston; three grandchildren, Brandon Corso, Anthony Corso and Brittany Corso, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.
She was predeceased by two sons, Robert Corso and Wade Corso; and two brothers, Butch and Clifford Johnson.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 4, 2001, at 9 a.m. from the Smith-Woody and Enea Funeral Home, 9 Center St., St. Johnsville, and at 9:30 a.m. from St. Patrick's Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will take place later in the spring at St. Johnsville Cemetery. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 3, 2001, from 6-9 p.m.
All memorial contributions may be made to St. Johnsville Volunteer Fire Department or to St. Patrick's Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

MRS. JAMES EARL CROSIER Crosier-Fritz Vows Said In Burnt Hills Church.
Miss Deborah Elizabeth Fritz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Edward Fritz ol 6 Parkwood Drive, Burnt Hills, became the bride Friday evening ol James Earl Crosier in. a ceremony performed by Hev. Winston Saunders in the Burnt Mills United Methodist Church, Burnt Hills. Mrs. Alan Solberg, organist, provided the music. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Murray Crosier of Steubenville, Ohio. The bride is the granddaughter of Mrs. Stanley B. Wiltse of Troy and the late Mr. Wiltse, The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an empire style gown of silk organza featuring bands of chantilly lace on the fitted, bodice and sleeves and inserts of lace rosettes on the front of the skirt. The back of the skirt cascaded into a cathedral length train trimmed with lace rosettes. A camelot headpiece with chantilly lace trim held her triple-tiered illusion veil and she carried a cascade bouquet of fuji mums, cushion pompons and stephanotis with ivy. Miss Candice M. Fritz was her sister's maid of honor and Patricia Crosier, sister of the bridegroom,- was flower girl. Bridesmaids were the Misses A. Catherine Elliott and Deborah L. Whitten. They wore culotte gowns of violet chiffon trimmed with radiant satin ribbon and matching camelot head. pieces of radiant with bouffant veils. Each carried a hand bouquet of pink daisy pompons and fuschia miniature carnations with orchid ribbon showers. The bridegroom was attended by Mark Nicholson as best man. Jeffrey Sklar and Denny Montgomery served as ushers and Richard B. Crosier, brother of the bridegroom, was ring bearer. The reception followed the ceremony in the parish hall ,of the Burnt Hills United Methodist Church. The bride was graduated from Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School and attended Ohio University. Her husband, a graduate of Steubenville High School, received his B.S. in education from Ohio University. Deborah "Deb" Elizabeth Crosier, 60, of Barnesville, OH died Sunday, January 27, 2013 at Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab. She was born October 13, 1952 in Troy, NY daughter of the late Kenneth Edward and Elizabeth Jane " Betty" (Wiltse) Fritz.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the H.I.S. (Hearts In Service) women’s group and was a trust administrator for the Premier Bank and Trust in St. Clairsville. She was a 1970 graduate of Balston Lake High School in Burnt Hills, NY.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law, William M. Crosier.
Surviving are her loving husband of 41 years, Jim Crosier; 2 sons: Brian (Amy) Crosier and their children, Collin, Luke and Abigail of Galloway, OH and Fritz (Teresa) Crosier and their children Reagan and Nash and they are expecting another one in June of Blacklick, OH; Brother, Kenneth (Christie) Fritz of Prescott, AZ; sister, Candice (Dave) Kister of Sissonville, WV; mother-in-law, Betty Lou Crosier of Steubenville; brothers-in-law: Shawn (Kim) Crosier, Jeff (Jill) Crosier and Rick (Kristen) Crosier; sisters-in-law: Cheryle Copeland and Patti (Tim) Donelon; and 18 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 29, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio. The service will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 11am at the First United Methodist Church, 123 West Church St., Barnesville with Pastor Ted Buehl officiating. Burial will follow in Crestview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial contributions be made to the Barnesville First United Methodist Church, H.I.S. group, Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab or Ohio Valley Hospice.
